If your book has not arrived

Missing books are usually caught by an email filter. Before writing, check your spam folder and promotions tab. That is often where the message has gone.

If it is not there, reply to the Hotmart purchase email. You do not need an order number; the email address used for payment is enough.

Refunds

Every order has a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, just reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart. A file that will not open or a payment taken twice gets put right the same way. Terms
